At HobbyNaiop, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we sell collectible hobby products such as trading card boxes and memorabilia, certain return conditions apply to protect the integrity and value of these items.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and factory sealed

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The product must include original packaging

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, opened boxes, packs, or individual cards cannot be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken or removed factory seals

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • a damaged item

  • a defective product

  • the wrong item

contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hobbynaiop.com and include clear photos of:

  • the product

  • the packaging

  • the shipping box

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
